Madampagama Divisional Secretariat is located in Galle District of Southern Provice. Madampagama Divisional Secretariat was established on 01.03.2021 as a result of declaring Hikkaduwa Divisional Secretariat as a 3 divisions by No. 2147/28 Extraordinary Gazette dated 29 October 2019.
Description
Madampagama Divitional Secretariat is an area rich in human and physical resources. As on 31.12.2021, the population of this division is 39 360 which consists of 38 Grama Niladhari Divisions. People who live in this area make their living from agriculture, fishing, tourism, coir rope industry and carpenty.
