1.)   The procurement board consists of 3 members.

         c.) Accountant, Other Divisional Secretariat (Member)


2.) The Technical Evaluation Commite consists of three members.
       a.)  Development Projects (Construction)
             i.) Assistant Divisional Secretary (Chairman)
             ii.)Assistant Director - Planning (Member)
             iii.)Technical Officers (Member)
        b.)For other procurement purposes, the Head of the Institution appoints Technical Evaluation Commites.
